30 second detoxification
As soon as you fall asleep, your body starts the job of detoxification. All the pollution you've been breathing all day long, the chemicals found in packaged foods, negative emotional experiences all get sorted and flushed through the organs of detoxification.
An easy way of extending this process and assisting the body in its job is to drink the juice of half of a lemon in a big glass of water. Do this at least 20 minutes before your first cup of coffee or breakfast in the morning on a daily basis.
