The term ocean-raised means the same as farm-raised (the term was changed for marketing purposes).

Farm raised salmon are fed food colouring to give their flesh a nice pink colour. Farm-raised fish are higher in mercury and are administered more antibiotics than any other form of livestock because they are more prone to disease from over-crowded conditions. Farm-raised fish are infested with sea lice, 30,000 times more than their wild neighbours. When they escape their pens they wreak havoc with the health of their counterparts.
