Wilted Kale Salad
1 large head of de-stemmed and washed kale, chopped finely
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 small onion finely sliced

Terry's Salad Dressing
Over a bowl of prepared salad:
1. Squeeze 1/2 lemon
2. Drizzle with olive oil
3. Sprinkle garlic powder
4. Toss
World's Best Maple Vinaigrette
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp pure maple syrup (Ontario maple syrup tastes the best)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil (olive oil is too strong)
