Avocado Soup

Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
3 tbs lemon or lime juice
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
In a food processor or blender combine 3 pitted avocados (cut into chunks), 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth, 3 tbs fresh lemon or lime juice, 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Blend until the soup is a creamy, smooth texture. Warm and serve.
You can save a few cilantro leaves or lime wedges for garnish.
