
Beet Hummous
Ingredients
1-2 cooked beets
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp of olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
1 can of chick peas (rinsed)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Directions
In a Nutribullet or blender, add all ingredients except beets and chickpeas. Blend very well and then add last two ingredients. Add water if too thick.
