Garlic-Lovers Green Beans


Serves 4-6

Ingredients
1 lb green beans
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
8 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari sauce (wheat-free soy sauce)
1/8 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional)
toasted sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions
Combine sesame oil, garlic, vinegar, tamari or soy sauce and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Steam green beans for 5 minutes. 

Put all ingredients into a frying pan. Toss to coat. On medium heat saute for a minute or two and serve with toasted sesame seeds on top for garnish.
