
Raw Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
1 Cup Raw Pecans or Walnuts
1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
1-1.5 Cups Pitted Dates
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
4-6 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Instructions
1. Place pecans & almonds in food processor. Process until finely ground.
2. Add dates, almond butter & cocoa powder. Process until completely mixed.
3. Firmly press mixture into 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
4. Refrigerate for about an hour till firm, then slice into squares.
*Keep covered in fridge for up to a week.
