
Strawberry-Balsamic Vinaigrette
(Yields 2 cups)
Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup cleaned and chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, or a large container if using a hand blender. Pulse and emulsify until smooth. Place in a jar or bottle and refrigerate.
