
Vegan Cashew "Sour Cream"
Ingredients
1/2 raw cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/3-1/2 cup of water
Directions:
To your blender or food processor, add the following ingredients and blend until smooth: ½ cup cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours and drained), 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp apple cider vinegar, ¼ tsp salt and 1⅓-1/2 cup of water (as needed).
