Warming Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

I cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 handful kale (or spinach or other greens)
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled (or less if you are new to ginger)
1 cup of almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water or water


Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
Add 1-2 tbsp of hemp hearts, flaxseeds or chia seeds to smoothie if desired.
