ABOUT SANDY WRIGHT

Registered Acupuncturist and Advanced NAET practitioner Sandy Wright, with over 30 years as a healer, (not a doctor) started her career as a Medical Photographer. For over twelve years, she photographed all things strange and rare in Canada and Saudi Arabia. These photographs were used in medical journals and encyclopedias for research and teaching purposes. Compelled to investigate alternative, less invasive therapy forms, she decided to begin her quest in Sri Lanka learning acupuncture from the late Dr. Anton Jayasuriya, a world-famous acupuncturist and medical doctor. While taking this intensive course, she met a homeopath who explained the fascinating nature of homeopathy.

Once back in Saudi Arabia, she started an after-hours clinic treating hospital staff very successfully using acupuncture. Still intrigued with homeopathy, she decided to move to Vancouver to attend the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy and Louis Klein’s Homeopathic Master Clinician course. Sandy also worked on the 'Encyclopedia of Natural Healing' while employed at 'Alive' magazine.

In 2001 Sandy moved to back to Windsor, where she grew up. She was employed by a clinic for many years using NAET to reset sensitivities and intolerances. There she discovered her true passion. In 2002 Sandy began traveling all over North America learning the many forms of energy and functional and Energy medicine.

Functional and Energy Medicine takes a very different approach to healing. It focuses on identifying and removing the energetic imbalances that can cause disease, rather than treating the symptoms. Once the cause is removed, the body will automatically return to its original program. The human body is designed to heal itself, and will, when the imbalances are removed.

Sandy believes that every client has the potential to return to optimal health, easily and comfortably.

Sandy has appeared on WTN’s Beyond Medicine, served as a healer and participant in the documentary: Voyage to Betterment, and is a regular on CKLW radio. She was employed by 'Alive' magazine and played a role in the production of the 'Encyclopedia of Natural Healing'. She taught homeopathy at St. Clair College for many years, teaches Homeopathic First Aid, Emotional Freedom Technique, as well as various workshops and seminars in energy medicine. Sandy developed a muscle testing app called EnergyCleared.

As you can see, Sandy has a passion for learning which she combines with her love of traveling. She's traveled to over 40 countries and has now found a new love, sailing.
